As If This Website Wasn’t Enough…

With all the throng of voices yelling the virtues (and drawbacks) of the so-called Web 2.0, we decided to throw the hat in and create these little things called “widgets” that you can apparently put on your own website, blog, Facebook page, or whatever it is that dunks your hoops. Charges your handphone. Drives your car. Fills your bill. Oh, I could go on forever here. So anyway, thanks to Widgetbox, those of us who can’t tell the difference between PHP and PSP can create, um, “widgets” that can grace (or make ugly) any poor sap’s ultimate web presence tool. You can simply click the “Get Widget” button on the right – we’ve conveniently put the “widget” (hey, still getting used to the word) on the “sidebar”, or you can copy and paste the below code to wherever it’s supposed to go. Oh yes, it goes on the “sidebar”.

Still haven’t had enough? Apparently you can use this thingy as a “Facebook app” also, to go together with those obscure movie quotes and vampire bites. Just click here to add, but make sure you’ve logged in to the “social networking” site (I’m learning a lot of these words today).

I’m told that you can edit it yourself by changing the numbers on width and height in the "script". Try it out… and let me know. For all I know, if I change something the whole website will crash😛
